On all wholesale orders, we do NOT charge set-up fees of any kind. Our pricing is inclusive with no hidden costs.

Although we do not have a minimum order size, we put a priority on our wholesale customers. Any order over 24 units is treated as a wholesale order.

We will only print on supplied items under some circumstances. Screen printing and embroidery are complex printing methods and mistakes do occur. For this reason, we will only print on items we have access to via our distribution channels.

We can certainly handle rush orders. A rush order fee will apply, and clothing choices and colours are limited to what we have in stock. Rush orders can be turned around in under 24 hours.

We do ask that ink colours stay the same across a full print job. If colours do need to be altered, there is a colour change fee of 10$ per change.

Yes we can! We offer colour matching for our prints. All we need is your PANTONE CS number and we can get started. Please note that colour matching does add additional steps to an order and turnaround time will be reflected.

The largest imprint size we offer is roughly 16" x 16" and is offered as a screen print.

Unfortunately we do NOT offer refunds on custom ordered products. If there is an issue with your order, there are many other options to make sure you are completely satisfied and we will work hard to ensure you are.

Yes we do! We carry a variety of sample products for you to come see to make sure you're happy with the garment quality. Just ask us and we can book an appointment.
